How to Order

1. Product Preview: Visiting the Products page (http://www.ChinaGoodsCenter.com/products), selecting the item, and checking all the descriptions for the item. If the item you clicked is neither active nor listed, please send your inquiry to info@ChinaGoodsCenter.com and yzdaigf@pub.yz.jsinfo.net so that it can be custom-made.

2. Discuss the type, quantity, price, leading time, shipping and payment methods for the products to be ordered by sending us an e-mail or fax or calling us.

3. Send us your Purchase Order by both fax and a regular mail. The language of purchase order must be in English or Chinese.
 

Terms & Conditions

I. Technical documents: The text descriptions and products images are available by clicking the products at our Products webpage. More detailed descriptions and products sample may be available by sending us your inquiry.
 
II. Payment:
1.  Once your Purchase Order is received, we will notify you the leading time for the products you ordered.
2.  Payment can be made by either wire-transferring the full payment to our account before the order is shipped or Irrevocable Letter of Credit. In the former case the order will be usually shipped within 30 days from the date of receiving the payment.  In the latter case the payment is due 30 days from the date of shipping invoice unless otherwise stated. For any overdue, the buyer will be obligated to pay a delay fee at 5% of the outstanding amount each month.
 
III. Taxes and customs charges - Any use tax, excise tax, duty, customs, inspection or testing fee, or any other tax, fee or charge of any nature whatever imposed by any governmental authority, on or measured by the transaction collected by the related authority must be paid by Buyer.  In lieu of such payment, Buyer shall provide the authority at the time the order is submitted an exemption certificate or other document acceptable to the authority imposing the tax, fee or charge.
 
IV. Warranties - Seller warrants that its products shall conform to the description of such products as provided to Buyer by Seller through Seller's website, catalog, analytical data or other literature. Buyer assumes all risk and liability resulting from use of the products delivered hereunder, whether used singly or in combination with other products since all risks related to our products are not known.

V. Patent infringement - Seller does not warrant that the use or sale of the products delivered will not infringe the claims of any international or other patents covering the product itself or the use thereof in combination with other products or in the operation of any process. No information supplied by Seller is intended as a recommendation for using any material in infringement of a patent.
